Delete Your IMIJS Account

At IMIJS, we believe users should always remain in control of their personal information. This page explains how to request account deletion, what information is removed, what may be retained for legal or security purposes, and how our account deletion process works.

How to Delete Your Account

Users can delete their IMIJS account directly within the app by:

  1. Opening their Profile
  2. Going to Settings
  3. Selecting Delete Account
  4. Confirming the deletion request

If users cannot access their account they may contact: info@imijs.com

30-Day Retention Period

After an account is deleted:

  • The account enters a 30-day retention period.
  • Login access is disabled immediately.
  • The account is marked as Deleted within the IMIJS Admin Dashboard.
  • During the retention period an administrator can restore the account if the deletion was accidental.

After 30 days the account and associated personal data are permanently deleted.
